Insulating the shed walls & roof. first, lay the wool in rolls against the inside of the shed walls between the shed framing. then tack sheets of mdf or plywood to the shed framing to provide extra insulation and to retain the mineral wool. plasterboard can also be used as a retainer but it’s not ideal for a shed environment where tools. I was thinking of just attaching some plywood / mdf panels directly to the steels beams, putting some insulation between the panels and shed walls. then giving the plywood / mdf panels a paint. the other alternative would be plasterboard, but then that would require me to build another wooden frame to fasten the plasterboard to.. Sheds are used for all sorts of things nowadays. many of these uses would make insulated sheds a necessity. certain things, like electronics and specialty tools, store better when protected from extreme temperature changes..
